To add the song to your project, tap the Add Audio button next to a song. If the audio file you want to add is less than a minute long, scroll the timeline in your iMovie project so that the playhead the white vertical line appears where you want to add the audio file. Tap a file to add it to your project. Add songs or other audio files on Mac In iMovie for Mac, you can use the iMovie media browser to import songs from your music library in the Music app. With your project open, click Audio at the top of the window, then click Music in the Libraries list, then browse selections.
If you can't find a particular song, learn more about why it might not be available. To preview a song, click the play button next to each song. You can also select a song, click in the waveform at the top of the media browser, then press the Spacebar to preview. If you move the video clip, the attached song will move with the video clip. For background or theme music for your movie, drag songs to the music well, indicated by the musical note icon at the bottom of the timeline.
If you can't access a song in iMovie If your Music library includes protected files, they are unavailable and do not appear in the browser. Choose the size you want or leave it as the default and click Next. Now you can change where your file will be saved. Click where it says Documents to get the drop down of where else to save it; Desktop is a good place to make your file easy to find.
While it is exporting a small blue circle in the upper right hand corner of iMovie will show the progress of your export. A notification will pop up when it is complete. PicBackMan has saved me many tedious hours of effort moving many files between my various cloud and photo site services and my local computers. I am very satisfied and surprised at the same time with Pic BackMan. The service is very good and useful. I used it to transfer my photos from Dropbox to my Flickr accound. I highly recomment it. PicBackMan was an answer to many a prayer. I uploaded approximately 85, photos in less than a month. It would have taken me close to a year to get all of those photos where they needed to go.
